Services & Levels of Assistance:
Our levels of service have been carefully designed to provide the right
services for each resident. It may be as simple as preparing meals, assistance
in bathing, dressing or grooming, medication reminders or transportation
to appointments. Perhaps it is just the need to avoid the isolation of
living alone.
The level of service is determined upon an initial assessment. The assessment
provides important information used to create a plan of care that meets
each resident's needs. On a regular basis, Sunnington reviews the level
of care the resident needs to maintain their optimum level of independence
and to address any special issues or needs as they arise.
Respite Stays:
Temporary care and support can be provided during times of illness, family
vacations and after rehab or hospitalization. All respite stays require
assessments.
Levels of Assisted Service at Sunnington
Sunnington offers a spectrum of services and amenities to our residents.
The monthly fee is based upon the type of suite you select and the level
of assisted services you require at the initial assessment. Fees for additional
services will be added to the standard monthly fee.
Level 1
- A choice of six floor plans

- Occasional reality orientation
- Supervision & administration of medications
- Extra housekeeping
- One additional linen change weekly
- Occasional escort service to meals
- Assistance with dressing, grooming & bathing up to 3 times weekly
- Occasional assistance with self-managed incontinence
- Personal laundry weekly
Level 3
- All Level I & II services and amenities
- Escort service to meals & activities
- Frequent assistance with daily living activities
- Frequent reality orientation
- Daily assistance with manageable incontinence
- Daily housekeeping
- Personal laundry twice weekly
- Extraordinary supervision by senior staff
- Multiple linen changes
